Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US, 7-10 days internationally. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! All orders over $50 ship free within the US. International orders over $100 ship free.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it from your account dashboard.

Are your products organic? +
Yes. Every product is certified organic by USDA, EU Organic, or equivalent international bodies. We never use synthetic ingredients.
How do you source your herbs? +
We work directly with over 200 small organic farms across 40 countries. All our sourcing is fair-trade certified, and we visit each partner farm annually.
Do you test your products? +
Every batch is third-party lab tested for purity, potency, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contamination. Certificates of analysis are available upon request.
Are your products vegan? +
Most of our products are 100% vegan. The few that aren't (like certain capsules) are clearly marked. Look for the 'vegan' badge on each product page.
